Pete has nearly ten (10) years of construction experience in both commercial and residential construction. Pete has worked for the last three years as a Project Manager for the Department of Corrections doing new construction and renovation projects. His management skills include initial budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contracts, architect and owner negotiations, and final closeout. He has worked on lump sum contracts, negotiated contracts, and project management.
